EXHIBITOR Information

WOWRA invites industry suppliers to exhibit at our annual Winter Conference on January 29-30, 2015 at the Holiday Inn, Stevens Point, WI.  Click here for Registration Packet. Approximately 250 installers, designers, soil testers county officials, septage operators and others within the septage industry are expected to attend this convention.

Your exhibitor registration includes, one 8x10 booth with pipe and drape, two chairs, one booth ID sign, and one 110 V  electrical outlet upon request. Additional electrical or booth needs must be arranged individually with the hotel. 

Exhibitor booths will be assigned on a first come first served basis but we will take into account your booth preferences as noted on the registration form to the extent possible.  

We encourage all exhibitors to set up on Thursday, January 29 between 2:00 and 4:00pm. Exhibits will open at 4:00 and there will be an Opening Reception from 5-7pm that evening. Six hours of exhibit time has been scheduled:

Thursday: 4-7pm

Friday: 10-1pm

Space will be available outside for Exhibitors who would like to bring heavy equipment or trucks for display.

Your exhibitor registration includes, one 8x10 booth with pipe and drape, two chairs, one booth ID sign, and one 110 V  electrical outlet upon request. Additional electrical or booth needs must be arranged individually with the hotel. Exhibitor registration also includes up to 4 lunches on Thursday and Friday as well as the Thursday reception and conference registration for all exhibitors.

Exhibitor booths will be assigned on a first come first served basis but we will take into account your booth preferences as noted on the registration form to the extent possible.
